Job summary

Obsolete Site seeks a Supervisory Recreation Specialist to lead Warrior Zone programs, manage staff, plan and conduct recreation activities for eligible personnel. You will supervise recruitment/reassignment actions and develop publicity while coordinating supplies and equipment.

Additionally, assist with other Recreation Center programs and perform other duties as required, ensuring high-quality service and program impact.

Qualifications

• Progressively responsible experience with supervisory or managerial duties in recreation programs.
• Exceptional communication and people skills for customer service and problem resolution.
• Two-year degree (AA) in recreation or closely related field may substitute for some experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise recreation programs for Warrior Zone and eligible personnel.
• Manage recruitment/reassignment actions and conduct performance appraisals.
• Develop publicity and plan supplies, prizes, decorations, and equipment for program functions.
• Assist with other Recreation Center programs as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
