Job summary

Spectrum Health Systems, Inc. in Methuen, MA, seeks a Recovery Specialist III to support adolescent residents in a long-term therapeutic program. You will help maintain safety, enforce behavior protocols, and guide Recovery Specialist I/II staff during shifts that run Thursday through Sunday, 3:00pm–11:00pm.

The role requires 2–4 years with at-risk youth, strong crisis judgment, and solid communication. A $3,000 signing bonus is offered along with comprehensive benefits and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Two to four years or equivalent experience with at-risk youth preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to assess situations independently and deal with youth emergency and crisis situations.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining primary responsibility for the safety and security of residents and staff on the assigned shift.
• Ensuring that behavior management protocols are applied consistently.
• Overseeing Recovery Specialist I and Recovery Specialist II personnel.
• Maintaining the orderliness of the program milieu by ensuring adherence to structure and schedules.
