Job summary

Spectrum Health Systems, Inc. in Westborough, MA is seeking a Lead Recovery Specialist for the NERC - ATS site. The role supports safety, emergency response, and scheduling on the Sunday-Thursday night shift (3:00pm-11:30pm).

Responsibilities include maintaining logs, coordinating transports, and managing the medication cart. 1–3 years of direct care with youth are preferred; strong communication is required.

Qualifications

• The ability to model appropriate interactions for clients and communicate effectively to ensure procedures are followed and order is maintained.
• Applicant must be 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• One to three years, or equivalent experience, in a direct care facility working with youth preferred.

• Maintain safety and security of clients and staff on assigned shift.
• Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies.
• Monitor client activity and program schedules.
• Ensure shift log entries and shift reports are up to date and complete.
• Ensure shift activities are maintained and expedited in a timely manner.
• Maintain weekly outside meeting calendar and coordinate transports efficiently.
• Maintain program medication cart, including stock of standard medications and organization.

Pay rate : $21.00-$23.00/hour

Schedule : Full-time. Sunday-Thursday, 3:00pm-11:30pm

The Lead Recovery Specialist is responsible for:
