Job summary

Cousino Restoration & Environmental is seeking a Reconstruction Superintendent in Perrysburg, OH. The role oversees reconstruction and repair projects, coordinating with contractors and clients to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Superintendent experience in Construction, as stated in vacancy.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review preliminary project plan, identify missing information and deadlines, delegating tasks accordingly.
• Acts as a liaison between company, client, and vendors.
• Orders and verifies all material needed is on-site before tasks are to be completed, stored neatly and safely.
• Directs on-site trade crews and subcontractors to meet industry standards within budget and schedule.
• Identify conflicts and communicate with Project Manager and client, providing solutions.
• Communicate with the client to ensure satisfaction and set expectations.
• Maintain project lists for each stage, monitor progress and budgets, adjust as needed.
• Enforce safety policies; provide a safe working environment and proper equipment operation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations and company policies.
• Work with inspectors to ensure compliance with city, county, and state regulations.
• Monitor the project schedule and report status to Project Manager.
