Job summary

Workwear Outfitters is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse associate near Nashville to support carton prep, inventory control, and order processing. This on-site, full-time role requires reliability and the ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment.

You'll scan cartons with AS400, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure on-time shipments while keeping a clean, safe workspace. The job involves lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for 8 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Scan all cartons on AS400 to verify options processed.

• Manage workflow from departments, including HiBay.
• Process orders for external customers to meet shipping deadlines.
• Monitor neatness of cartons processed.
• Process stock cases through the platform.
• Support clean-up and maintain a safe, prideful work area.

REQUIREMENTS:

• This position requires a high attention to detail and neatness of cartons.

• Able to stand up for 8 hours.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Ability to work weekends, when needed.
• Must follow directions well.
• Good attendance is a must

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible to scan all cartons on AS400 to verify all options have been processed.
• Responsible for maintaining active inventory, preserving the garments, placing of garments in the correct locations and communicating inventory adjustments.
• Manage and separate workflow coming to/from different departments, including HiBay.
• Responsible for processing all order for external customers through tape line to meet shipping deadlines in a timely manner.
• Responsible for monitoring neatness of all cartons processed.
• Process stock cases through the platform.
• Help with clean up as needed.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment that shows pride in VF Workwear and is worthy of sharing with visitors.

HOURS:

6:00 am. – 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Some overtime may be required.
