Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Warehouse Lead Receiver in Orlando, FL. You will inspect inbound shipments, manage the receiving flow, and coordinate with related departments to ensure timely processing.

The role starts at 6:30 am, Monday through Friday, with some overtime. Prior receiving and forklift experience are valued as you help move, count, and put away products while supporting inventory and order pulling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of warehouse experience.
• 1 year of receiving experience.
• Cherry Picker experience preferred.
• Stand-Up/Sit-Down Forklift experience preferred.
• Electric Pallet Jack experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to move or lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and scan into system.
• Unload trucks and inspect for damage.
• Inspect and count inbound shipments; assign to receivers.
• Put away products and assist with pulling orders.
• Support inventory activities and cycle counts.
• Coordinate with receiving team and other departments.
• Process outbound UPS shipments timely.
• Handle required paperwork on receipt.
• Resolve questions from receivers.

The Lead Receiver inspects incoming products for damage and ensures the blocks and tiers are correct and accurately counted. He/She will manage the flow of inbound shipments, ensuring that all receivers are assigned to a shipment. The lead receiver will be the point person for questions that the receivers have.

You will work from 6:30 am to finish. Monday through Friday; some overtime is required.

You Will

• Receive shipments, unload trucks, and scan products into our system
• Handle all necessary paperwork upon shipment receipt
• Inspect all the contents for damage and volume
• Put away the product
• Assist with pulling orders
• Help with some inventory
• Work with the receiving team and collaborate, and communicate with related departments
• Ensure that all inbound shipments are received timely and assigned to the receivers
• Assist with receiving of the freight if the follow dictates or in case of an absence
• Field questions/issues from the receiver
• Ensure outbound UPS is processed timely
• Assist with inventory functions such as returns and cycle counts

You Have

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 2 years of warehouse experience
• 1 year of receiving experience
• Cherry Picker experience preferred
• Stand-Up/Sit-Down Forklift experience preferred
• Electric Pallet Jack experience preferred
• Great communication skills
• Ability to move/lift up to 50 pounds
