• Audits orders for accuracy, storage, temperature, and damage; resolves discrepancies and prepares documents.
• Assists with inventory management, identifying process improvements to reduce costs and improve service.
• Trains and counsels staff; provides daily direction and mentoring within the department.
• Coordinates staff workflow, supports policy adherence, and acts as knowledge resource for processes and equipment.
