Job summary

Weatherford is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Real-Time Operations Center initiative, coordinating IT infrastructure, software, data platforms, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to support remote operations and real-time decision-making.

The PM will own the project plan, track milestones, manage dependencies, and communicate with stakeholders across Drilling Services, Wireline, Integrated Services, and other ops teams, driving deliverables and ensuring alignment with

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in IT, digital transformation, operations technology, or oilfield services.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs involving infrastructure, applications, data, analytics, or AI solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, technical, and executive audiences.
• Proven ability to manage complex initiatives with multiple teams, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Experience with project governance, executive reporting, risk management, and delivery tracking.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, and traditional project delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the RTOC project plan, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery cadence.
• Coordinate activities across IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, software development, data engineering, analytics, and AI solution teams.
• Work with business stakeholders to align priorities and ensure outcomes meet operational needs.
• Track and drive tasks related to RTOC room setup, data integration, dashboards, and AI use cases.
• Facilitate governance meetings, provide status updates, and escalate issues.
• Ensure clear ownership and follow-through across internal teams and vendors.
• Translate business requirements into executable workstreams with technical teams.
• Identify risks early and ensure timely decision-making.
• Support change management, rollout planning, user readiness, and adoption across geozones.
• Maintain project documentation including RAID logs and status reports.
