Job summary

Weatherford seeks an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver large-scale repair and maintenance and aftermarket projects for offshore assets. You will liaise with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Customer stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget, and compliant outcomes.

You will drive planning through inspection, repair, testing, green-tag certification, and shipping, while leading multiple complex initiatives and ensuring adherence

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects in products manufacturing or repair & maintenance operations.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, risk mitigation, project cost management and control.
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and project controls software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage repair and maintenance (R&M) projects for Weatherford-owned and customer-owned offshore assets, including risers and topside equipment.
• Drive project execution from planning through asset receipt, inspection, repair, testing, and shipping.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, scope, schedules, budgets, tracking, and risk registers.
• Coordinate with Planning, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, R&M, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Product Line R&M Manager to progress actions.
• Ensure parts forecasting, procurement planning, inventory availability, and manufacturing readiness.
• Establish baselines, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Provide visibility into project status, milestones, risks, and resource utilization.
• Communicate objectives and status to stakeholders; secure approvals for changes.
