Job summary

ESPN Productions, Inc is seeking a Supervising Real Time Graphics Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of high-end graphics across Ross Xpression and related tools. You will mentor a team, shape plant-wide workflows, and collaborate with ESPN Creative Studio to ensure on-air excellence.

You will work from Charlotte, NC or Bristol, CT, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors to deliver innovative graphics, animations, and live production assets under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of graphics creation in live production at a major studio, network, or production company.
• 2+ years of leadership experience leading developers or a team.
• Expert-level knowledge of real-time graphics platforms and broadcast tech.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for department growth and innovation across rendering, storage, and play-out systems.
• Own and manage a specialty business segment (Ross Xpression, Vizrt, interactive, AR).
• Lead and mentor a team of developers; coordinate complex Ross Xpression directories.
