Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• 7–10 years of C/C++ application development with debugging experience.
• 6+ years of embedded programming in C/C++.
• Experience with TI Code Composer, Eclipse or similar IDEs.
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
• Strong data structures, OO concepts, and database fundamentals.
• Clear written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full software development lifecycle from requirements to maintenance.
• Drive best-practice engineering processes with documentation and tests.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and system teams to design embedded systems.
• Develop primarily for embedded real-time compressor control platforms.
• Mentor engineers to strengthen technical depth and capability.
• Travel up to 20% domestically and internationally for testing and support.
