Job summary

Idaho Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking a Plant Manager in Idaho to direct production of concrete and aggregate materials. You will supervise crews, coordinate production priorities, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage budgets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has five years of supervisory experience in concrete or related operations, strong leadership, and proficiency with production software and reporting.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Graduate.
• Experience: Five years’ supervisory experience with concrete, asphalt or aggregate operations.
• Ability to communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure safe, accurate and timely delivery.
• Knowledge of production technology, safety regulations (OSHA/EPA) and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate production of concrete and related materials.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Plan and direct production activities and establish priorities.
• Coordinate production activities with procurement, maintenance and quality control.
• Review production, quality reports to identify non-conformities and issues.
• Develop and implement operating methods to improve quality and efficiency.
• Schedule PTO and manage attendance and incident reporting.
• Maintain professional appearance and positive relationships with customers and employees.
