Job summary

Titan America’s S&W Ready Mix Concrete division in Little River, SC seeks an experienced Plant Supervisor to direct all ready mix concrete plant operations, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency. You will oversee production, maintenance, and delivery, manage crews, and enforce policies for reliable output.

Required are a high school diploma, 5+ years in ready mix or plant management, and CDL with relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of automated batch plant operation.
• AC I Level I Field Testing Technician and SC DOT Batch Certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months).
• Valid CDL license required.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to climb conveyor belts for maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage plant operations for safety, production, maintenance and quality.
• Supervise plant employees and drivers in production and delivery.
• Schedule deliveries and ensure timely, safe, and efficient logistics.
• Maintain a safe workplace per company policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Inspect facilities and equipment; supervise maintenance and housekeeping.
• Prepare paperwork and handle cash sales when needed.
• Enforce company rules and discipline reports for drivers/operators.
