Job summary

ZealHire Inc. seeks a hands-on Lead Full-Stack Developer to guide architecture, development, and quality of guest-facing digital platforms. You’ll write and review code, set technical direction, and manage third-party agencies and partners responsible for external-facing sites.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in full-stack work with React and Node.js, leadership experience, and a background in hospitality or consumer-facing services. Strong API, cloud, and CI/CD expertise are required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional full-stack development experience with React and Node.js.
• Lead or senior technical ownership roles, including code reviews and mentoring.
• Experience with third-party vendors/agencies and ensuring quality.
• Background in restaurant, hospitality, or consumer-facing retail/e-commerce.
• Salesforce integrations experience preferred.
• Strong RESTful API, relational/noSQL databases, and cloud infrastructure knowledge.
• Familiarity with modern front-end tooling and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural direction and oversee development across guest-facing platforms.
• Own code reviews and enforce engineering standards and quality.
• Manage third-party agencies and development partners; review their work and release plans.
• Balance in-house and outsourced workstreams to maintain a cohesive platform.
• Collaborate with Marketing, E-Commerce, Loyalty, IT to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Partner on Salesforce integrations and other third-party platform connections.
• Ensure data integrity and reliable data flow between front-end apps and backend/CRM systems.
