BairesDev in Mexico is seeking a Lead React Engineer to oversee a team of developers, define technical strategy, and drive high-quality frontend solutions. You will shape architectures, set coding standards, and mentor team members to deliver scalable React applications in a fully remote environment.

You will design architectures with React, review code, guide CI/CD practices, and collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience with React.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns and scalable frontend architectures.
• Experience with CI/CD and code reviews.

Lead React Engineer at BairesDev

Join our development team as a Lead React Engineer. Your role will involve overseeing and leading a team of developers, defining and implementing advanced technology strategies, driving innovation, and setting high technical standards.

What You Will Do

• 7+ years of experience with React.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
• In-depth knowledge of Design Patterns.
• Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Strong experience in application security best practices.
• Proven track record in developing and integrating large‑scale applications.
• Expertise in both back‑end and front‑end development areas.
• Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Expert understanding of client's requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses.
• Advanced knowledge of the trade‑offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions.
• Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision‑making, task estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.
• Advanced level of English.
