BairesDev is seeking a senior frontend leader to drive the development of scalable React applications. You will shape frontend architecture, set standards, and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

In this role you will collaborate with designers, product, and backend engineers to create exceptional user experiences, while driving performance improvements and ensuring accessibility across modern browsers. This is a 100% remote global team opportunity.

Formación

• 4+ years of React and frontend development experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience with state management, performance optimization, and testing.
• Ability to lead technical projects and mentor teams.
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Advanced English.
