Applied ABC in Woburn, MA is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician to grow into a leadership-focused role at our center. The Lead RBT will provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy while mentoring fellow RBTs, supporting BCBAs, and upholding strong clinical and team standards.

Key duties include coaching, onboarding new RBTs, ensuring treatment integrity and accurate data collection, and communicating progress to supervising BCBAs. On-site, full-time role with competitive benefits.

• Active RBT certification in good standing.
• 2+ years of ABA/RBT experience.

Applied ABC is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) ready to grow into a leadership-focused role at our Woburn, MA center.

As a Lead RBT, you will provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy while mentoring fellow RBTs, supporting BCBAs, and helping maintain strong clinical and team standards.

Position Details

• Salary: $55,000-$62,000 annually, based on experience
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, with flexibility for evenings and occasional weekends
• Location: Woburn, MA
• Work Type: On-site
• Active RBT certification required

Key Responsibilities
