Job summary

ABA Centers of America seeks a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (Lead RBT) in Milford, MA. This full-time role supports clinic operations, mentors RBTs, and ensures effective ABA service delivery to clients in centers, homes, and communities.

The Lead RBT will coordinate daily schedules, assist with data and billing tasks, and uphold safety and quality standards across the team. Active RBT certification is required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through BACB required.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience with children or youths in ABA/education (preferred).
• 2-year degree or higher preferred.
• Willingness to work after-hours, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day schedule of the clinic and maximize clinic productivity with RBT Supervisor and Director of Operations.
• Ensure that RBTs have time to complete billing and administrative duties.
• Assist with data collection and completion.
• Aid RBTs with learners.
• Cover for callouts to minimize missed services.
• Maintain client and staff safety as extra support person for the clinic.
• Serve as mentor to RBTs.
• Implement discrete trial teaching using specified procedures.
• Teach and generalize skills in the natural environment using formal procedures.
• Use strategies of pivotal response treatment and formal procedures to increase verbal behavior.

Education/Experience and Other Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with children and/or youths in education or ABA therapy (preferred)
• RBT certification
• 2-year degree or more (preferred)
• 1 year of experience training others (preferred)
• Availability during after-hours, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
• Reliable transportation (your own vehicle), a driver’s license, and car insurance
