Job summary

United Care Applied Behavioral Analysis PLLC is hiring RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, with flexible scheduling for in-home now and center-based services coming soon.

We offer competitive pay ($24-$28+ per hour) based on experience, with bonus potential and strong clinical support to help you grow clinically and professionally.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with kids in behavioral/educational settings is preferred, not required.
• Strong communication and people skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate behavior and skills data.
• Help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Stay in touch with your clinical supervisor.
• Maintain ethical, professional interactions at all times.
