Responsibilities

• Lead and manage rail/transit projects through all phases (pre-construction to commissioning).
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and regulators to meet goals.
• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables within budget.
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Provide technical direction to staff and inspectors.
