Job summary

BMCHS is seeking a Radiology Technologist II to work as part of the Diagnostic Radiology team on the East Newton or Harrison Avenue campus. This full-time role involves implementing department policies under supervision of the Chief Technologist and Operations leadership.

The position requires knowledge of diagnostic radiology, radiologic equipment operation, state licensure, and ARRT/RTR certification with two years of experience. Excellent patient interaction and staff supervision are valued.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of diagnostic radiology principles and procedures and the operation of radiologic equipment, typically from two years post-high school training.
• State license required and all applicable radiology education requirements.
• RTR and ARRT required, with two years or more work experience.

Responsibilities

• Work as a radiology technologist on designated campuses (East Newton or Harrison Avenue).
• Assist in implementing policies and procedures as directed by Radiology Supervisor and Operations Director.
• Provide patient care with excellent interpersonal communication and supervise staff technologists when needed.
