Job summary

OneImaging is hiring a Lead Claims Analyst in the United States to own claims adjudication and denial management across imaging workflows. You will lead EDI and clearinghouse activities (Waystar), safeguard cost-sharing accuracy, and drive reporting with dashboards for leadership.

You will collaborate with prior authorization, finance, and client teams, mentor analysts, and help scale processes. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 with bonus eligibility and equity incentives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in healthcare claims, revenue cycle, or medical billing with ownership of complex adjudication and denials work
• Hands-on experience with EDI transactions (837/835) and a clearinghouse platform (Waystar strongly preferred)
• Strong CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10, place-of-service, and modifier logic—ideally radiology/imaging
• Knowledge of benefit structures, cost-sharing, deductibles, and accumulator/HDHP mechanics
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and ability to build reporting from raw claims data
• Audit-minded with ability to trace dollars to sources and defend them

Responsibilities

• Own claims adjudication and QA across claims against benefit designs and pass-through payment model
• Lead denials management by investigating root causes, driving appeals, and building recurring analysis
• Manage EDI and clearinghouse workflows in Waystar, troubleshoot rejections and edits
• Safeguard cost-sharing accuracy and accumulation logic for correct member billing
• Own accounts receivable and aging, provide real-time reporting to finance and leadership
• Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs from claims data and systems
