Job summary

Copley Hospital in Morrisville, VT is seeking a Lead Radiologic Technologist to oversee daily radiographic operations across the hospital, clinics, and Operating Room. You will provide technical leadership, mentor staff, and ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.

The role requires performing diagnostic radiographic procedures across multiple modalities, coordinating with OR staff, and supporting staff development through coaching and performance feedback.

Qualifications

• Completion of formal Radiological Technology training in an AMA approved program.
• License and active ARRT certification with Vermont radiology license.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance/Control and imaging audits; promote safety and service excellence.
• Lead onboarding and training of staff, students, and travelers.
• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures across X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound per protocol.
• Coordinate workflow with OR and other departments; ensure image quality.
• Maintain equipment readiness and participate in maintenance and safety protocols.
• Mentor staff and coordinate scheduling with department leadership.
