Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Licensure: Certified Radiation Technologist or Oncology RN with Indiana certification; CPR.
• Experience: 3 years as Radiation Technologist or Oncology RN; 2–3 years leadership preferred; 5–7 years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Radiation Oncology Department.
• Meet and exceed patient and physician expectations; ensure satisfaction.
• Lead, develop and hold staff accountable for results; recognize contributions.
• Ensure financial and service outcomes of the department.
