Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the physical sciences, mathematics, engineering, or computer science (or equivalent).
• Experience with radar systems including RF front-end, digital beamforming, signal processing, digitization, or tracking algorithms.
• 8+ years integrating hardware, firmware, and software systems—preferably sensors or real-time mission systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MATLAB, Python and Linux for analysis and tooling.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration across engineering disciplines.
• Experience writing system requirements, test plans, or feature specifications.
• Ability to operate autonomously in evolving technical environments.
• Experience supporting hardware/software systems such as sensors, RF systems, or real-time data processing pipelines.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership for radar modernization features across hardware, DSP chains, and cloud back-ends.
• Create detailed system requirements and acceptance criteria for digitized capabilities.
• Conduct Python/SQL analyses on test ranges, simulations, and fielded radar data.
• Oversee integrated testing including hardware-in-the-loop and DevSecOps deployment.
• Manage plans from concept to customer release and coordinate with partners and government stakeholders.
