SciTec is seeking a Systems Engineer to drive end‑to‑end development and modernization of advanced radar system capabilities. SciTec’s radar programs integrate digitized front‑end hardware, embedded firmware, high‑performance signal‑processing software, and cloud‑based mission‑data services. You will lead cross‑functional feature design and implementation, ensuring system‑level performance improvements and modernization outcomes that meet mission needs and operational reliability standards.
You will collaborate across hardware engineering, embedded software, digital signal processing, DevSecOps pipelines, and mission analytics teams to deliver modern radar capabilities that replace legacy architectures with digital, open, cyber‑resilient solutions. Ultimately, you will be responsible for system‑level problem solving, requirement development, test and validation strategy, and data‑driven analysis that ensures upgraded radar features perform as expected in both test and operational environments.

The pay range for this position is $190,000- $235,000 / year. SciTec considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills. This is not a guarantee of compensation.
