Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee gate operations during training hours and live racing.
• Ensure horses are loaded safely and efficiently into the starting gate.
• Start each race once entrants are loaded and attentive.
• Supervise gate schooling and issue gate cards.
• Maintain safe work environment with safety measures.
• Document gate notes in InCompass when relevant.
