Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in R&D, product development, or related field in power distribution.
• Demonstrated track record of leading successful engineering projects.
• Familiarity with low voltage switchgear or the power industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, analysis, and validation of new medium voltage power distribution products.
• Manage and mentor engineers and designers.
• Conduct peer reviews to improve design quality.
