Job summary

Venture Global LNG in Corpus Christi, TX, seeks a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to join the site team reporting to the Project Controls Manager. Based at Ingleside, this role covers mechanical, piping, electrical, or instrumentation scopes.

You will measure quantities, analyze BOQs from IFC drawings, validate contractor progress, support change requests, and collaborate with scheduling to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of LNG facilities.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or commensurate work experience.
• 8+ years in industrial construction of facilities including power generation/LNG plants.
• Experience representing client on-site with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quantity surveying for mechanical, piping, electrical, and/or instrumentation scopes.
• Analyze and prepare BOQs from IFC drawings; validate reported contractor quantities.
• Measure contractor progress on site and validate progress claims.
• Review and verify total installed quantities.
• Develop progress reports for critical work areas and coordinate with scheduling.
• Assist with quantities/pricing for change requests; attend progress/planning meetings.
