A senior PM at a Global multi-strategy trading firm is on the lookout for a Lead Quantitative Researcher as well as Portfolio Managers to help expand their equity statarb strategies.

They are looking for someone who could potentially start within one or two years, and will offer potential flexibility on compensation structure, including a PnL cut.

As the Lead Quantitative Researcher, you will run a small team of Quants to develop end-to-end Statistical Arbitrage strategies by leveraging both machine learning and linear regression models

The base pay for this role will be between $250,000 and $350,000. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans. Discretionary bonus and/or guaranteed package can be a significant portion of total compensation. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including their skills, qualifications and experience
