AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation is seeking a Lead Quantitative Analyst to lead analytical work across customer conversion, follow-up, retention, and recapture. This hands-on role requires strong technical skills, business judgment, and the ability to turn ambiguous problems into actionable recommendations with urgency and bias toward action.

You will work on high-visibility projects with measurable impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of analytics experience.
• Strong experimentation and statistical measurement experience.
• Excellent problem solving and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and quantify opportunities to improve customer and business outcomes.
• Develop KPIs, reporting, and experimental measurement strategies.
• Partner directly with business leaders across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Servicing.
• Build and optimize complex T-SQL analyses and data solutions.
• Provide analytical leadership and guidance to other analysts.
