• Familiar with QC concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Leads and directs the work of others; strong judgment and creativity expected.

Responsibilities

• Directs and leads local quality control to meet customer specs and applications.
• Ensures QA systems, procedures, and recordkeeping are maintained.
• Investigates complaints and represents location for plant; ensures timely testing and training in procedures.
