The Lead Quality Technician will oversee the site’s calibration program, manage incoming material inspections, track discrepant materials, generate customer Statistical Quality Control (SQC) and process capability reports, and conduct internal audits.

Provided is the local pay range for this position, which is $26.00 to $40.00 per hour. This hourly pay rate can vary depending on location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments or an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 5% of the hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. The total annual target cash range, consisting of the hourly pay rate plus bonus and annualized at 40 hours per week for 52 weeks, is $56,800 to $87,400. Bonus payments are variable compensation, may vary based on company and individual performance, and are not guaranteed.
