Job summary

You will own RCCA processes, manage internal/external audits, and develop KPI dashboards to inform leadership reviews, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and documentation integrity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quality or Manufacturing Engineering experience, preferably aerospace.
• Experience leading RCCA using 8D, DMAIC, 5Whys, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 requirements and internal audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead RCCA and CAR management, ensure timely closure and robust containment.
• Own AS9100 internal audit program; conduct process, product, and system audits.
