Formación

• 10+ years in project management, quality assurance, or related discipline.
• Experience with large-scale capital projects, preferably $100M+.
• Experience in industrial construction, renewable energy, or power generation.
• Strong vendor oversight, surveillance, inspections, or shop audits.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead QA activities for major capital projects valued at $100M+.
• Monitor project execution for compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct vendor surveillance, supplier assessments, and shop audits.
• Provide quality oversight for construction, renewable energy, and power projects.
• Identify quality risks, deficiencies, and non-compliance areas.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to drive corrective actions.
• Serve as SME and quality champion through the project lifecycle.
• Support continuous improvement of project quality processes and standards.
• Communicate quality expectations and findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation associated with quality reviews, audits, and project activities.
