Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management, QA/QC, or Construction Quality Management.
• Experience on large capital construction projects ($100M+).
• Strong leadership in quality assurance and quality control.
• Experience in renewable energy, utility, power generation, or energy infrastructure.
• Vendor surveillance, supplier audits, field inspections, and contractor oversight.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Are you an experienced QA/QC leader with a background in large capital construction, renewable energy, utilities, or power generation projects? We're seeking a Program Manager III to drive quality excellence across high-value projects valued at $100M+.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead Quality Assurance & Quality Control activities for major capital and renewable energy projects
• Develop and manage project quality plans, inspection programs, and compliance strategies
• Conduct field inspections, vendor surveillance, supplier audits, and fabrication shop reviews
• Oversee construction quality throughout engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning phases
• Partner with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to proactively prevent quality issues
• Serve as the subject matter expert for quality management on large-scale projects

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management, QA/QC, or Construction Quality Management
• Experience supporting large capital construction projects ($100M+ preferred)
• Strong background in construction quality assurance and quality control leadership
• Experience in renewable energy, utility, power generation, or energy infrastructure projects
• Vendor surveillance, supplier audits, field inspections, and contractor oversight experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
