Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management, QA/QC, or Construction Quality Management.
• Experience on large capital construction projects ($100M+).
• Strong leadership in quality assurance and quality control.
• Experience in renewable energy, utility, power generation, or energy infrastructure.
• Vendor surveillance, supplier audits, field inspections, and contractor oversight.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities for major capital and renewable energy projects.
• Develop and manage project quality plans, inspection programs, and compliance strategies.
• Conduct field inspections, supplier audits, and fabrication shop reviews.
• Oversee construction quality from engineering to commissioning phases.
• Partner with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to proactively prevent quality issues.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for quality management on large-scale projects.
