Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related technical field with equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in electronic/opto-electronic quality assurance in aerospace/defense.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, IPC, J-STD and MRB processes.

Responsibilities

• Support all phases of product realization interfacing with design, programs, supply chain and production.
• Develop a quality plan with metrics and provide guidance to QC inspectors.
• Lead MRB activities and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Conduct internal audits and drive process improvements to meet goals.
