You will interpret customer requirements, communicate technical details, and drive data-driven improvements using GD&T, FMEA, SPC, and QMS processes.

This role also includes mentoring teammates, overseeing audits, and supporting new product introductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or technical engineering.
• Strong GD&T and FMEA knowledge.
• Experience with SPC and quality improvement methods.
• Ability to lead problem-solving teams.
• Proficient in using inspection and measurement equipment.

Responsabilités

• Interpret customer requirements to meet outputs.
• Communicate technical knowledge to customers.
• Create and analyze data using management system software (KPIs, SPC, FMEA).
• Assist in quality system development.
• Lead teams to accomplish tasks.
• Coordinate internal audits and corrective actions.
• Provide supplier quality assurance solutions.
• Travel for training and customer support (<10%).
• Support ISO 9001 based QMS.
• Mentor coworkers.
