Job summary

Kinetico is seeking a Production Manager in Georgia to coordinate all activities for producing quality parts on time. You will lead the production team, collaborate with supply chain, quality, engineering, and maintenance, and drive improvements within a robust ERP and QMS environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and performance management, with a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and meeting delivery targets through data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or experience in lieu of degree.
• 8+ years of industry production experience, including 5 years in management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of human resource principles and practices.
• Customer and quality focused.
• Organizational and critical thinking abilities.
• Experience with Lean tools (value stream mapping, 5S, takt time, spaghetti diagrams).
• Six Sigma desired; new product launch experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, training, mentoring, coaching, and performance management for supervisors and the production team.
• Fosters collaboration and strong partnerships across teams and leadership levels.
• Delegates tasks, trains staff on assembly procedures, and manages time and performance.
• Monitors KPIs and ensures on-time delivery while upholding quality standards.
• Ensures QMS compliance and drives process improvements.
• Manages ERP data accuracy and real-time data entry; monitors inventory to meet scheduling needs.
• Develops strategic operational plans and coordinates cross-functional activities.
