Modine Manufacturing Company, a global leader in thermal management solutions, seeks a Lead Quality Engineer to drive quality initiatives across the manufacturing network and improve customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate with plant quality teams, operations, engineering, supplier quality, field service, and leadership to standardize processes, deploy data-driven tools, and ensure successful project outcomes that enhance product reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years in quality or manufacturing engineering roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects in manufacturing.
• Proven success implementing corrective actions and driving sustainable quality improvements.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies including 8D, FMEA, SPC, and RCA.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional quality improvement projects across multiple sites.
• Coordinate enterprise quality initiatives and deploy best practices.
• Drive standardized quality processes, metrics, and corrective action systems.
• Develop and deploy digital quality tools, dashboards, and data-driven monitoring.
• Collaborate with plant quality, operations, engineering, supplier quality, and service teams.
