VEGA Americas seeks a Lead Quality Engineer to steer the Quality Engineering team across product development, manufacturing, supplier quality, and corrective actions. You will coach engineers, drive problem-solving initiatives, and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the lifecycle.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing quality engineering, strong RCCA/8D experience, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and global teams.
The Lead Quality Engineer serves as the primary technical leader for the Quality Engineering team, providing coaching, guidance, and quality oversight across product development, manufacturing, supplier quality, and corrective action processes. The role leads company-wide problem-solving initiatives, drives continuous improvement, supports new product introductions, and helps ensure consistent application of quality standards and best practices throughout the organization.
