Responsibilities

• Address supplier quality issues through on-site assessment and internal corrective action.
• Draft performance evaluations of staff in a timely manner.
• Conduct staff meetings for continuous improvement activities.
• Meets daily production requirements.
• Supervises employees and ensures adherence to policies.
