Job summary

CookUnity in New York is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to oversee the QC team, ensure compliance with SOPs, and drive continuous improvement across QC processes in a fast-paced food production environment.

You will plan audits, coordinate with operations, culinary, and production teams, and maintain documentation supporting food safety, labeling accuracy, and product integrity. Leadership and hands-on problem-solving are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in food production, quality control, or kitchen operations.
• 1+ year of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, GMPs, and SOP enforcement.
• Experience monitoring production and ensuring quality and consistency at scale.
• Ability to identify issues, document findings, and drive corrective actions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with operations, culinary, and production teams.
