Job summary

Teya Support Services, LLC seeks a Quality Control Manager in Lakehurst, NJ to lead the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) system for a federal construction project. The QCM will manage submittals, coordinate with government QA personnel, and may serve as SSHO per contract requirements.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, 5+ years QCM experience, USACE CQM, and proficiency with RMS/eCMS/Procore. On-site role with strong safety oversight offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or 20 years in related work.
• Minimum of 5+ years of full-time experience as QCM.
• Construction Quality Management For Contractors certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) system for the project.
• Review, process, and track submittals and manage three phases of control.
• Coordinate with the Site Superintendent, subcontractors, and testing agencies to ensure contract requirements are met.
