Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. seeks a Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure design quality and oversee construction coordination for large-scale AWS data center projects. You will partner with Design Managers, Discipline Leads, consultants, and project controls to enforce AWS standards and readiness across regions.

The role requires strong technical judgment, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive scalable automation and data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• NETA or ASHRAE certification or commissioning education preferred.
• Knowledge of data center mechanical and electrical equipment beneficial.
• Experience with design, construction, operation, or maintenance of mission critical facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA reviews for multidisciplinary engineering design deliverables across project phases.
• Review drawings, narratives, specs and documentation for completeness and quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional review workflows among DLs, DMs, consultants and partners.
