Job description

Looking for candidate having strong 10+ Years of experience in QA Test Lead with Good in Functional and Automation script development and execution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Java and Playwright based automation and a passion for driving quality through innovation and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Quality Engineering delivery for AIG projects.
• Define QA strategy, test plans, test approach, entry/exit criteria, and quality gates.
• Manage Automation, Functional, ETL, API, Regression, and Performance testing streams.
• Drive automation adoption using Playwright and Selenium frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
• Review automation coverage, execution reports, defect trends, and quality metrics.
• Oversee ETL/Data Migration testing, including source-to-target validation, reconciliation, transformation validation, and data quality checks.
• Coordinate UAT support, defect triage, and business sign-off activities.
• Manage onsite/offshore QA teams and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with Development, Business Analysts, Architects, Product Owners, and AIG stakeholders.
• Track risks, dependencies, milestones, and project quality KPIs.
• Present status, quality dashboards, and release readiness updates to leadership and clients.
• Ensure compliance with testing standards, audit requirements, and delivery governance.

Preferred Technical Expertise

• Playwright with Java/TypeScript
• REST Assured / API Testing

• Performance Testing (JMeter/BlazeMeter) preferred

Experience

• 8+ years in QA/Lead.
• 3+ years managing large QA teams.
• Experience leading enterprise insurance transformation or modernization programs preferred.

Qualification:

Somebody who has at least 10+ years of work experience in QA Test Lead.

Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
