Job summary

BioPharma Consulting JAD Group is seeking a lead for biological and microbiological quality control testing at a Fort Worth, TX site. You will oversee routine analyses, develop and transfer methods, and guide investigations into OOS and contamination while coordinating with external labs and audits.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or related field with GMP QC microbiology lab experience and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology or related science.
• GMP QC Microbiology lab experience (environmental monitoring, microbial limits, endotoxin).
• Method validation/transfer and OOS/deviation investigations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee routine and non-routine microbiological analyses (raw materials, in-process, environmental, finished goods, stability).
• Develop, qualify, validate and transfer microbiological and biological methods (microbial limits, endotoxin, cell-based assays).
• Train analysts; lead OOS and contamination investigations.
• Write SOPs, protocols, deviation reports and microbial trend analyses.
• Coordinate testing with contract laboratories and support audits.
