Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related discipline (or equivalent).
• At least 8 years of experience in a GMP analytical chemistry lab with instrumentation such as HPLC, GC, CE, ICP, FTIR, TOC, and dissolution apparatus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead laboratory staff and drive day-to-day execution.
• Strong communication and active-listening skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage concurrent responsibilities with minimal supervision.
