Job summary

Halo Technical Solutions Global is seeking a QC Foreman to lead field quality control on large-scale industrial construction projects in Sullivan, Indiana. You will oversee inspection coverage, supervise QC inspectors, and coordinate with superintendents to align QC with construction progress.

This role requires 3–5+ years of QC/construction experience, a strong electrical background, and the ability to enforce safety and quality in real time.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in QC/construction on large-scale projects.
• Experience supervising field teams or inspectors.
• Hands-on knowledge of electrical systems (conduit, cable tray, terminations, panels, switchgear).
• Journeyman Electrician License and NEC knowledge.
• Safety training and ability to enforce quality and safety in real time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily QC operations and field staff deployment.
• Supervise QC inspectors with priorities and briefings.
• Coordinate with superintendents to align QC with progress.
• Enforce quality standards and stop unsafe work.
• Manage punch lists and non-conformances through closure.
• Witness field testing and commissioning activities.
• Maintain test documentation and QC records.
• Lead safety compliance and PPE adherence.
